So here are the 2 figurines I've made yesterday and later today decided to paint them with acryllic paint. Golden and blue were the only 2 colors I had, otherwise I'd have used a different combination. But I've barely just started working with acryllic paint, now I'll have to buy more colors.
About the plot. I thoght another cute-looking figurine would be too boring. So I've put this dreamy cute dude (whoever it is) in the company of an angry cat, and to emphasize on just how pissed the cat is, I've equipped him with a knife. Nice! More like the real life!

Fantastic looking characters. Naturally animated. Are you considering making a short stop-motion film with them?

Thanks, Sam! Actually, a short animation was what I was thinking about today. You know, while the clay is still unbaked you can manipulate it many-many times (untill it becomes too filthy with dust and you have to cut the top layer off and become frustrated and forget the whole idea :D), so if I'm not too lazy one day I may try smth like that. Like a little comics with pictures of clay characters. |

Have you a little story or scenario already in mind? Some hard work to pull it off but great fun too. Look forward to seeing it if you decide to do it.

Not exactly, but I also didn't have any idea which characters I was going to make before I started making them, it happenned in the process. Yeah, its all fun, if only there was more time for fun in the day))) Oh well, programming - which is my main source of income today - isn't that bad either, It's just that it is my old love and this polymer clay is my new one. |

"it happenned in the process"
It's always about the process. ![]() |

And in both creativity and wuv the process is one of surrender not control.

To surrender to one so fine
Is to experience the sublime Beyond thought and mind Beyond reason and time |

Neat. Are you writing poems, Sam? |

Oh no.
Just a quick rhyme from the fevered mind of a faraway fan of one so fine. And perhaps it's a wuv poem from the dreamy cute dude to the cat. ![]() |

I see. I rhyme well in my native language, too. Thanks for offering a script for this extra-short-1-frame-film :D |

Lol.
It's just that the cute dude looks so utterly besotted, an emotion of which I am all too familiar. ![]() |
