Update. Busy and Chishinau trip

Been very busy lately. Mostly -- pleasantly busy ;)

Last week had a sudden urge to go on a train journey with my boyfriend. So we did...

And for several reasons we picked Moldova, Kishinev city. It's a neighbouring country, 14 hours on a train from Kiev.

As some regular readers may know I'm a lousy tourist and don't take pictures of sights. I pick my own places of interest though. Here's a "Funky Hostel" lol.

And would you like a romantic sauna? Just call :D

One nostalgic moment is that smoking is still allowed in restaurants, bars and hotels in Moldova. Cigarettes cost less than in Ukraine and taste much better. Funny because some of the brands read they're produced in Ukraine. I'm confused.

And this is a nice terrace that went with our room in a morning mist.

We had a couple of warm sunny days.

But I'm not planning on coming back. Too depressing. People are poor and they dress horribly. Most everything closes by 10-11. No sushi restaurants.

P.S. I do hope to update the blog with more philosophical substance. Someday. Hopefully soon.
