Well, not in Ukraine.)) Today, I wanted to buy a nice dress and was heading for the cash desk only to find out they don't have a terminal to process cards. And I didn't have enough cash with me to pay for it.
So, I went looking for an ATM nearby and the only one I found was dead)) I mean, out of order.
So I went home. Maybe next time... That's how relying on Visa saves you money in Kiev.
